Becker Family's Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Pasta Noodles **Note** if using regular pasta noodles, I've found that 12 oz. of pasta noodles make for a creamier macaroni.
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Grated Cheese I prefer half sharp white cheddar & half Monterey Jack
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese optional
  • 1/2 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta noodles in water until tender.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and set a 9x13" baking dish aside.

  3. While the pasta is cooking, grate your cheese of choice and put into a large mixing bowl.

  4. Drain your pasta and pour into the bowl with the cheese. Add the heavy cream and stir until mixed well.

  5. Pour the noodle & cheese mixture into your baking dish and add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Sprinkle the top evenly with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  7. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese if bubbling and bread crumbs are golden brown.

  8. Cool for 5 minutes then serve!
