This post is in partnership with Cost Plus World Market but all thoughts are my own.
I don’t know about you but winter has been a long season. I normally don’t mind the cold days. I’ve always felt that it was a time to rest and recharge after the holiday season. This year I find myself getting anxious for the sunny weather and life that spring brings. How appropriate that this spring one of my favorite childhood stories has become a movie and is in theaters. I grew up on the stories of Beatrix Potter and Peter Rabbit is one that I still carry with me. Just as I grew up on the lovable story of Peter Rabbit so has my five year old son. As soon as my mom saw previews for the new film she insisted on taking Charlie and he couldn’t be more excited! One way we’ve decided to celebrate the new movie is with a Peter Rabbit spring garden party.

I love to celebrate holidays and upcoming seasons by setting Charlie’s little table and having a couple buddies over for a party. This past winter I shared his woodlands holiday table which you can see here. I was so inspired when I recently shopped at my local Cost Plus World Market store in Kennesaw, GA. You can find your local store here. They love Peter Rabbit as much as we do and they’re offering some great items to celebrate the new movie! It didn’t take me long to realize that a spring garden party was the perfect way to celebrate. They had all of the Peter Rabbit party supplies we needed for the perfect little spring party.
I found these adorable place mats, cups, plates and napkins to set the table with. The cups and plates are acrylic, perfect for small children.
