Lemon Tea Bread - Sincerely, Marie Designs

Who likes lemon? To say I do would be an understatement. I love anything lemon really. I’ve come across many lemon recipes and most turn out great. This one takes the cake! It is quickly becoming one of my favorite go-to cake recipes. I came across it on Southern Living’s website and knew I had to make it. Although it’s more of a coffee cake than bread, it’s perfect with coffee or tea. The first time I made it we may have had it in place of dinner. Which was perfectly fine with my three year old!

This is an extremely simple recipe. There’s a very good chance you already have everything you need on hand. You can find the full recipe here. For a healthier version, replace the all-purpose flour with Soft White wheat flour.
