I still can’t believe that we’re into December already! I’m soaking up every moment of this Christmas season. I don’t think I love my home more than when it’s all decorated for the holidays. I’m so excited to be apart of such a great group of bloggers this year to bring you all part 2 of my Christmas home tour. I shared my family room and kitchen last week and today I’m taking you through our entry way, dining room and our master bedroom.
First stop, our foyer. How beautiful is this live wreath from Lynch Creek Farm? I chose the Bah-Humbug wreath. I love how simple yet lush it is. From the moment I took it out of the box I was in love! The fresh greenery smell is the perfect touch to welcome our guest. I smile every time I walk through the front door.
Simple fresh garland on the banister and framed Christmas carols give the foyer a traditional feel with little effort.
The fresh garland is carried on into our dining room.
Simple, old book pages serve as a non-traditional table runner. My love for milk glass came in handy to hold the mini trees. We’re ready for friends, family and a nice cup of coffee!
Our family room has an artificial tree so it’s nice to have the smell of the real tree in the dining room. No fancy decorations, just some sheet music garland and simple ribbon.
Upstairs to the master bedroom –
We send so much time in the evenings in this space. Family movie night is a weekly event so it was so important to me that our room be warm and cozy. Most of the space is very neutral so different textures add warmth and comfort.
This is the first flocked tree we’ve ever purchased and I have to say I love it! It fits right in our winter wonderland bedroom.
This space has been a favorite of mine so far this season. We’ve already watched a couple Christmas movies as a family and we’ve got several more to go!
I’m so glad you’ve joined me for part 2 of my Christmas home tour. The holiday inspiration doesn’t stop here. Be sure to check out all the other beautiful homes in the blog hop. There’s a decor idea for everyone!
Merry Christmas friends!
