I hope you had a lovely Easter, friend! We spent some great time with family and enjoyed a yummy meal together. While I was grocery shopping this past weekend for Easter lunch I made sure to pick up my weekly flowers. I had planned on picking up some tulips or hydrangeas but when I saw these pretty garden roses I was instantly inspired. I love their pretty, pale pink color. I knew they’d look perfect with some eucalyptus, so today I wanted to share with you what I came up with. You can see other simple arrangements from grocery store flowers here. This simple floral arrangement with roses and eucalyptus was not only easy to assemble but came in under $10!
This arrangement can be altered if you want to use a different flower or don’t have garden roses available in your area. It’s super versatile.
I use a somewhat shallow vase and created a grid pattern on the top using clear, water-proof floral tape.

I clipped the eucalyptus so that it would hang nicely on each side without fall out. I placed it on one side first and clipped a few roses shorter in length and then placed the in the middle to hold the eucalyptus in place.
I cut and placed eucalyptus on the other side to balance it.
I placed seeded eucalyptus throughout the middle of the roses, making sure they were slightly taller than the roses so that they’re visible.
Isn’t it elegant? It’s so simple that I really hesitate to call it an arrangement. It took all of a few minutes to throw together. I’m enjoying it’s beauty in our breakfast nook currently.
You really can’t go wrong with roses and eucalyptus. This particular variety of roses happens to be one of my favorites. I love love their soft color and round shape. We’ll soon have some roses blooming in our yard and I can’t wait to bring a few inside. Take a peek at the latest blooms from our yard on last nights Instagram post. I’m exited to share all about the new rug in the photo last this week. I’m going to share why we decided to layer our rugs. Until then, have a great week!
