Who’s still braving the stores and checking off their list? My hands up! Over the years I’ve become more and more jaded of fighting the crowds and traffic this time of the year and have been shopping online more. I wanted to share some nice last minute gift ideas that can all be purchased from the comfort of your own pj’s with coffee in hand! Every single one of the items I own and love with the exception of one and it’s on my Christmas list this year.
Let’s get shopping!

So the one item on my own wish list this year is an Alexa. My speaker devise that streamed music for us downstairs finally bit the dust and so the Alexa just makes sense! The number of things it does is a mile long but one that I’m really thinking will be useful is the shopping list feature. Its well under $200 so it won’t break the bank.
I get asked almost every day from readers where my master bedroom bedding is from. It’s the Wheaton Bedding collection. It’s extremely good quality, timeless and very versatile. I love it more everyday! You can see the duvet in my recent Christmas bedroom tour.
Pillows might not be the first thing that comes to mind when brainstorming a gift idea, but I’m a believer of these guys! My little family each have one of these Ralph Lauren Foam with Cooling Gel pillows. Shortly after getting myself one my mom went out and bought two for herself. They’re that wonderful! I don’t think I’ll ever sleep on a regular pillow again. Even our five year old loves his. The cooling gel is a must if you’re hot-natured.
This has become one of my favorite cookbooks. The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Dessert Cookbook has some of my families favorite dessert recipes in it. If you love old, passed down recipes I know you’ll this book! The citrus angel food cake and lemon curd recipe is out of the world!
If you know someone who would love the cookbook they might also like this next item. Martha Stewart’s enameled cast iron Dutch oven/casserole dish. I’ve had my 8 qt. for over a year and just recently added a 2 qt. size to my kitchen for small side dishes. I use it for anything from chicken, casseroles to stove top hot chocolate. The quality is fantastic and it’s much more affordable than some of the leading brands.
Do you have someone on your list who’s cold-natured? This might be my favorite blanket of all time! Josh bought the Paris Faux Fur Throw from Soft Surroundings for me last year for Christmas and our family has been fighting over it ever since! It’s the warmest and softest blanket we own and have ever owned, no exaggeration!
These mugs stole my heart the first time I laid eyes on them! Who doesn’t love a personalized mug? This is a great and affordable gift for anyone on your list!
If you’re like me, you love having family photos around the house. I recently got these two frames and they’ve quickly become two of my favorite. They also very affordable. Pop a photo in that’s special to your loved one and it’s the perfect gift!
If you follow my blog you probably caught early on that I have a love affair of copper. That goes mostly only to vintage copper. The patina is unlike anything new. However, I have quickly fallen in love with this mini hammered copper kettle. Isn’t it charming? It’s the perfect gift for the coffee/ tea and or vintage lover on your list.
Who likes cozy and warm bedding in the winter months? These flannel sheets are a must! I’ve had several brands of flannel sheets over the years but the Martha Stewart ones have been on of my favorite! We love ours. I even lucked up last year and found some for my son on super clearance. I’m sold on all of her sheets but the flannel are some of my favorite!
The Hearth and Hand line by the Gaines’ hit Target store a few weeks back and I’ll be honest, it wasn’t love at first site for me. However, I did purchase their tea towels for my kitchen and I love them! They’re larger than most and so absorbent. They would be great in a gift basket for the cook in your list.
I’m a huge fan of candles. Maybe it’s because I’m a romantic at heart, but certain scents bring back so many good memories. One of my favorite year round scent to use in my home is the Sweet Vanilla Cinnamon. The spice of the cinnamon gives the house a cozy feel and the jar, well it’s pretty all by itself. The larger jar is on my Christmas list this year.

You can’t go wrong with any of these items in my opinion. Some of my friends and family might be getting a few of these things! No matter what you give this year, time together is the most important and is where the real memories are made. I wish you all a very merry Christmas!
