Today we’re sharing our bedrooms all dressed for Christmas! With just a few simple touches you can have a pretty and festive space. Here’s our Christmas bedrooms!
Happy Friday friends! Today I’m sharing our master bedroom and Charlie’s bedroom all dressed for Christmas for our Holiday tour of homes hop, hosted by 11 Magnolia Lane . If you’re coming from Shand at Quaters One, welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I can’t believe that the first week of December is almost over. This season always goes by so quickly but I’ve got a few things that you can do to your home to add a festive touch.
Much like our home tour that I shared yesterday, I kept our bedroom very similar to last years. I decided to stick with what I love and not feel pressure to change anything when it really isn’t necessary. The same little stockings that I made a couple of years ago hang above our bed along with some festive garland.

I recently shared all about our bedroom’s old fashioned Christmas tree in a blog post here. For the last three years we’ve put a tree in our bedroom and I wish I had done it sooner. There’s little I love more than curling into bed to watch a movie with the warm glow of the tree. It’s purely magical!
This tree is decorated in mostly homemade, sentimental ornaments and vintage glass ornaments. There’s so much nostalgia with this tree.
Although I kept our bedroom very simple, I love the understated touches. It feels light, yet cozy and perfectly festive!
In Charlie’s room we kept things easy by just adding a flocked tree and a couple of Christmas throw pillows. I did give his tree a new look this year with the addition of his DIY drum tree collar. I recently shared the tutorial here. You can also see his Christmas bedroom tour from last year here for more inspiration.
His tree is one of my absolute favorites decorated in animals, vintage style photos, and ribbon.
It’s amazing what a few simple things can do to really make your home feel festive. If you haven’t decorated yet there’s still time! I’m so glad you stopped by and there’s plenty of more inspiring Christmas tours below. Have a wonderful Christmas season, friends!

Wow, Amanda! Your room is simple, serene, and festive, but Charlie’s tree just makes me smile. You knocked it out of the park this year! Thanks so much for touring with us and Merry (early) Christmas!

I love both of these rooms so much! Your bedroom looks so tranquil and peaceful and your son’s is just too darn cute for words. Enjoy your holiday!
