When summer rolls around I’m all about the lemon recipes. Citrus is an absolute favorite flavor of mine so naturally this Limoncello vodka collins had me at hello. I’ve tried a few Limoncello Vodka Collins and this is my favorite recipe by far. It’s the perfect blend of tart and sweet and it’s so refreshing! This recipe can easily be doubled and served from a pitcher when entertaining.
When it comes to the ingredients stick with a good quality Vodka, such as Grey Goose or Tito’s, which is our favorite. For extra freshness juice 2-4 lemons for your lemon juice. Freshly squeezed lemon juice makes all the difference.
The Perfect Limoncello Vodka Collins

- ice cubes
- 2-4 lemon slices for serving
Instructions
-
In a small pitcher mix the Vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup and limoncello liqueur together until combined.
-
In 2-4 glass tumblers, evenly pour club soda over ice and top with Vodka mix.

Garnish each glass with a lemon slice & enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Homemade Sugar Syrup - In a small sauce pan boil equal parts water and granulated sugar on low-medium heat, stirring until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from stove and allow to come down to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.
My rattan tumblers are a favorite of mine to serve summer drinks in. For years I looked for a full vintage set but never could come across a full set. I eventually found these here. They’re the perfect size for vodka collins!

These look so refreshing and perfect for summer! I’m hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner outside. Any suggestions on how to serve to a crowd of about 28-30 people? Should I just mix all of the ingredients in a pitcher? Thank you so much!
