I can’t believe it’s been a week since I hopped on the computer to chat with you guys! We’ve been so busy working in Charlie’s room to give him a big boy space that I haven’t had much time for anything else. I have to say, I really enjoyed my time away from the keyboard, but I’m happy to be back to share something I did recently in our dining room as a brunch centerpiece. It just happens to make for a perfect yet simple spring vignette!

We love having brunch on the weekends in our dining room. It’s a nice big space we can spread out in and it gets some of the best natural lighting. On a sunny day, it’s one pretty room to be in.
I picked up these tulips on my grocery store run for under $5. I added a little eucalyptus and just a few bowls and plates for our meal. Doesn’t it make such a cute centerpiece? Best part, it’s everything we need for brunch anyways. It’s super easy to throw together if you’re expecting company or if you’re like me and just like to decorate!
I’ve been loving pinks this spring. I’ve incorporated them into our dining room this year, like our spring hutch in blush. It’s really been such a fun change in the space.
I can’t wait to share a few details on Charlie’s big boy room with you. Sadly, his clubhouse bed didn’t work out as we would hope. He became scared to sleep in it and didn’t like climbing down the ladder at night, so this tired mom and dad said, “it’s got to go!” That sparked my creativity and before I knew it I was redecorating the whole room. I’m lacking photos at the moment so I fear that telling you without photos just wouldn’t be as exciting. I’m going to get some photos this week and show you what we’ve been up too. I’m very excited to say the least! I’m hoping to write about it later this week. I hope you have a lovely week, friends!
